To submit a claim, please consider the following:

  • 1. Please note that the accident report will be received within 48 hours from the accident registration time by the accident surveillance authority
  • 2. Receiving an AJT reference or claim number does not relate to the claim being approved.
  • 3. Ensure that you have entered your vehicle's sequence number and ID number correctly.
  • 4. Make sure the iban is valid and registered under the Id/Iqama you entered
  • 5. Our valued customers, we would like to inform you that the VAT due on eligible tax invoices will be compensated according to the specified terms and conditions.


    VAT refund:


    Without prejudice to the principles of customer protection, the claimant (beneficiary) has the right to refer to the insurance company to compensate him for the value of the value added tax within 1 working day upon submitting an invoice for the purchase of parts and repairs under the following conditions:

    • 1. The invoice must include in the biller’s box the name of the insurance company, the plate number of the damaged vehicle, and the chassis number of the damaged vehicle.
    • 2. Specify the replaced spare parts and the nature of the repairs provided.
    • 3. The invoices must be electronic according to the requirements issued by the competent authorities.

    The claimant (beneficiary) has the right to file the claim as follows:


    • 1. Submit a request for a refund of the added value after completing the vehicle repair, attaching the repair invoices approved by the competent authorities, via the website, customer service, or the company’s branches.

    • 2. Compensation is given for repairs paid for and related to the accident only. The insurance company is not required to pay any amounts for any additional repairs resulting from previous damages. The company has the right to request an inspection of the vehicle when necessary.
